Gym Update......

I am now about 3 weeks into my new program and am at 183lbs......problem is that when i started i was 183!! No idea why i can not lose weight right now. Prior to getting on this program i was eating crap every day for lunch, no cardio & minimal gym. Before the gauntlet of Thanksgiving, Cancun, Christmas and New Years i tipped in at 176 but for some reason am struggling to get back under 180...........its doing my head in!!
