It seems like i am on a never ending transformation. I am yet again about to embark on another 12 week program. I did lose 25lbs over the course of the closing months of 2011 but was mostly focused on getting trim for Cancun, which i achieved. Now that the festive season is in the rear view mirror and with the combination of that and Cancun i put a few additional lbs back on. Now i have a new goal - I want to finally get under 170 and get more definition.
Part of the new plan is to get strict (to a point), which i have not been able to achieve as yet. I "plan" on getting up 20 minutes earlier in the morning and getting my first cardio session knocked out (1 in the evening too). The other aspect i reall y need to lock down on is nutrition. No more lunch time burritos, no more jimmy johns, no more alcohol (save for the odd occasion to save my insanity)
This new program i am on is pretty intense but i will only be following it loosely as its not fair on Ash and the girls to commit 100% so i need to be smart in my planning and most importantly nutrition.It will be interesting to see where this journey takes me. I am sure that you will hear all about it on here though!!
